I went to camp from 1965-1974. they were the best days and I think of them often. A special hello to Roy Goldberg!!If I can ever figure out what my password is Ill write . I do volunteer at camp Lutherlyn just to here the sounds of a camp its just not the same at 51. to bad we cant turn back the clocks and the scales. |

WOW! This brings back so many memories! I have always talked about "doin' the butt" and the unit cheers (the halutzim beat!) with my husband. I just saw a video of both on here and I can't wait to show him! Hope everyone has been doing well! So glad to have found this! |

I am so thrilled that there is going to be a reunion. I was just talking with my wife the other day about how much I enjoyed EKC. And how I want our daughter to go when she gets older. I am so glad I found this site and the groups on Facebook. EKC was truly the highlight of my childhood! |

Okay Evan and Marcia. I just posted photos of entire 1957 and 1960 Emma Farm Staff and 1960 Senior Boys Counselors and 1964 Junior Boys Counselors. I was a counselor in 1960 and a unit head in 1964. If anyone sees themeself in these photos, give a holler. |

Since there is no spot in registering for kitchen boys at EKC in Harmony, PA, let me be the first to register as a kitchen boy with Al Levinson, Jesse Mustin, Richie Stein, Bobby Shore and me, Michael Stone. I know that there was a group before us and I know I missed a few names, please make yourself known. I can remember Jack Schkora, Pee-Wee etc. The year was 54 55 56. We were the first group to occupy the kitchen cabin by the Lincoln Log. Those were the days. I hope to see you all at the reunion on July 13th. |

I was a "nurses aide" with Claire many years ago and Claire and Vern have given all of their hearts to see and take care of the childen and staff of EKC. We all owe you both so many hugs and thanks for your constant source of giving. When many children missed their parents and were afrad of things ,it was always Claire and Vern who were available..We love you , Rachael,Sasha,Sara & Bruce Rosen |
